SAP HR & Payroll Consultant

Avnet Client Solutions (ACS), with offices in Dublin & Cork, Ireland is looking to hire a suitably qualified HR & Payroll consultant to its core SAP consulting team for projects commencing later in 2011.  ACS are the leading SAP consulting partner in Ireland and are the only SAP Gold Reseller of the SAP All In One product targeted at the mid market.  ACS also operate a dedicated SAP support function and provide SAP support services to a range of blue chip companies in Ireland and across EMEA.
 
Skills Required:

• ACS seeks an experienced SAP HR & Payroll Consultant with excellent client facing skills with experience in Irish and UK payroll.
• The successful candidate will have an excellent track record of successfully delivering quality SAP solutions in the HR & Payroll area against aggressive timelines.
• Strong Experience in Configuration of IE/UK related payroll schemas, infotypes and related wage types.
• Should have thorough knowledge of time management, time evaluation and payroll Integration.
• Knowledge of Irish tax and legislative requirements as they relate to payroll.
• Proficiency with SAP project delivery methodologies ASAP and Solution Manager Knowledge required.
• The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and client facing communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for leading design workshops with our customer and writing up the user requirements specification.
• Develop functional specifications relating to interfaces that impact the HR/PY area.
• Complete the configuration in line with the requirements and work closely with the other SAP streams on integration scenarios.
• Support the end users on activities associated with testing, data migration and cutover to Production
• Provide post go live support.
• The role will be based in Dublin although travel to other customer sites in Ireland will be required from time to time.
