SAP HCM Business Analyst

My client currently has an immediate requirement for a Business Analyst with extensive experience in configuring the SAP HCM suite to join its SAP programme.

[b]Responsibilities[/b]

Provide technical expertise in SAP HCM system configuration
Participate in design, test and implementation Conversions, Interfaces, Reports, Layouts, and Enhancements
Assist the Technical Business Relationship Manager in the delivery of his/her responsibilities.
Designs how the required business processes and analytical/reporting requirements may be represented in the solution configuration
Documentation, configuration, and testing of SAP HCM
Generation of functional specifications
Define requirements for future interfaces with legacy applications
Carry out the relevant IT activities in pilot preparation, go live and post-go live support
Move to the roll-out phase when pilots complete
Act as an ambassador for SAP within the company

[b]Attributes[/b]

Strong knowledge of SAP with at least 4-5 years experience in configuring the SAP HCM suite is a key requirement.
Experience in designing, building, testing, implementing and supporting SAP HCM Systems.
Strong documentation capability and attention to detail
Knowledge of the HCM business processes
A strong technical implementation background with either package or custom applications
The ability to work effectively with all levels of management
A team player with strong time management, multitasking, communication and inter-personal skills
Well organised with a proven track record in meeting timelines
University degree

This role is initially based in Dublin will involve extensive business travel as part of the pilot implementation and global roll out.
