SAP FICO Team Lead – Contract

HiberniaEvros on behalf of our client is seeking applications for the position of a SAP FICO Team Lead.

This will be a Contract position based onsite with our client in Kilkenny (Dublin West possible too).

Our Client is a global leader in a food market sector with a presents In America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of 6 internal and external SAP FICO Analysts and the functional design for global projects as well as BAU and Support
* Be able to act as a trusted advisor and suggest best practice processes to our business partners
* Mange the chargeback mechanism for the services provided by the FICO team
* Participate in relevant implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including design, configuration, testing and implementation
* Provide expert knowledge on the relevant SAP FICO modules, respond to business requirements, and position potential solutions
* Develop relationships with Business Key Users to drive the effectiveness of the SAP Functions
* Acquire knowledge of emerging functionality/solutions, and contribute to their successful implementation within the businesses where appropriate
* Assist with the resolution of complex application support and maintenance issues where relevant

Requirements:

* Degree or equivalent. SAP Certification an advantage
* Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a SAP FICO professional and at least 2 years as a team lead
* Knowledge in at least 4 of the following areas of SAP should be highlighted (AA, AP, AR, BL, FM, GL, LC, SL, TM, TRM)
* Experience of working with leads in other SAP functions to develop strong cross-functional solutions
* Ability to display a high degree of professionalism in dealing with managers, users and consulting partners
* Commercially focused, high levels of enthusiasm and energy
* Flexibility to undertake travel where required
