RUSSIAN HELPDESK 0 DUBLIN CITY CENTRE -1 YEAR CONTRACT
The Russian Service Desk Technologist provides first line helpdesk support to both internal and external clients, assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or self help portal. Must maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries, take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Will troubleshoot and log all incidents on the call incident management system and maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
Some of the skills required:
* Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint
* Knowledge of SQL preferable
* Degree in Computers or relevant experience
* Hardware knowledge
* Lotus notes and Outlook knowledge
