RUSSIAN AND ROMANIAN HELPDESK / TECHNICAL SUPPORT- 1 YEAR

A Helpdesk Call Logger provides first line helpdesk support assisting them with hardware and software problems via phone, email or fax. Must maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries, take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Will log all calls on the call logging system and maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected
Fluency in both Russian and Romanian required.
May consider candidates who do not have Romanian but this will limit the shift hours they could work. Their is off hours shift from 0200-1030 daily.
Candidates must be able to work shift, starting at 0200 Monday to Friday, although we hope to be able to rotate this shift with other staff members. Agents starting at 0200 will be able to expense a taxi to the value of 20 euro per day subject to receipt. A shift premium of 20% will be payable to those working during the hours of 0200-0600. Standard working day will be Monday to Friday for a 7.5 hour day with 1 hour unpaid lunch during the shift.
