Reporting Analyst

Next Generation requires an assertive and enthusiastic Reporting Analyst for our market leading client. Within this role you will support the retention manager, applying a high level of analytical skills to develop and manage business improvements, maintain business intelligence and review end-to-end business processes.
Your accountabilities will include managing cross functional programs of work, communications, identifying business improvements and financial and productivity reporting.
You will demonstrate advanced skills in Excel, and MS Office, possess a lively and optimistic attitude and ideally have a background in meeting SLAs.
Responsibilities
• Source, process and summarise data to inform programme activities and outcomes
• Engage with key stakeholders within the business to confirm and support findings
• Establish governance for the timely delivery of regular reports; financial and management documentation
• Identify business and process improvement opportunities to assist in reducing operational costs
• Innovate appropriate solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency within the group
Requirements
• 2 years working in a Junior BA/ Reporting Analyst capacity within a large corporate environment
• Excellent reporting skills and experience; financial reporting and management reporting
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills – a must
• Strong attention to detail, ability to deliver documentation in adherence with SLAs and customer timelines
• Preparation of company literature for clients
• Experience supporting and delivering project outcomes to commercial clients favoured
• Autonomous in nature, proactive and enthusiastic personality with a ‘can do attitude’
