REMOTE CHANGE MANAGEMENT IT ENGINEER
Our client a Global Leader in Datastorage, Recovery and Software is looking to recruit a Remote Change Management IT Engineer for a full time permanent role based in Cork.
The successful candidate will executes upgrade change activities, and other platform change activities as requested on large IT Storage systems, remotely from large technical support centre in Cork.
Respond to phone requests for technical assistance with scheduled change activities. Trouble shoots basic script problems independently, and escalates to a senior team resource when necessary.
Requirements
Degree in IT or related with 1 – 3 year experience in a similar role. Knowledge of SAN technologies beneficial with Networking, Widows and or Unix OS.
