The intern will gain practical experience in how to source candidates for open vacancies using databases, job boards, social media in a variety of industry sectors including Finance, Accountancy, Sales, Manufacturing, Science and Engineering. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following: Sales and negotiation; Managing Candidate and client relationships; Social Media searching. On completion the intern will have attained skills in telephone and face to face interviewing, Database Management, Networking, Advertising Vacancies, Social Media Source and Selection.
Skills & Requirements:
Third level degree – Ideal but optional
Must be eligable for the JobBridge scheme
Excellent communication skills.
Team player.
Outgoing personality.
