Recruitment Manager
Our client is an established custom software development & outsourcing firm located in Dublin, Ireland. They provide a suite of Microsoft .Net software services to blue chip organizations in the financial and telecommunications sector. The company is going through rapid expansion and extending its suite of services to organizations in Europe. To meet augmented staffing requirement we are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant/manager to drive the acquisition of permanent & contract software development talent.
ROLE:
Set-up and drive the internal recruiting function, reporting at Director level.
REQUIREMENTS:
– 5+ years recruiting IT staff in Ireland
– Experience of the permanent & contract market
– Experience recruiting for Microsoft .Net technologies
– Technically astute and keen to transition to a high end consulting environment
– Willing to travel as part of the job role
– Team Development & Team Management Skills
