Enterprise People are currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our busy IT Recruitment desk. Working on behalf of some of Ireland’s leading national and international companies, the Recruitment Administrator will help source, screen and present suitable candidates for both contract and permanent positions. The Recruitment Administrator will build strong working relationships with candidates and clients, dealing with them in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
The Recruitment Administrator will have:
A Business or IT Qualification
A background in sales, account management or customer service
The ability to identify, source and screen candidates
Strong Social Media awareness (LinkedIn, facebook, Twitter etc)
Excellent Telephone manner with good organisational skills
Friendly with a strong customer service focus
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
