Quality Assurance

My client who manufactures Microscopes for Medical and university clients for research, is looking to recruit a Quality Tester to ensure excellent quality of product is delivered to their customers.

To complete testing equipment in a timely manner that is in compliance with company policy, quality and regulatory standards and to liaise with the development department to address issues arising during the test program.

Key Responsibilities and Authorities:
o Provide continuous and accurate testing of products, providing feedback and working with Product Specialists and Product Mangers to prioritise issues.
o Pre-verification testing on functional aspects and general usability of products and providing feedback to engineers
o Develop Verification and Validation processes and test procedures and perform Verification and Validation testing.
o Liaise with Product Specialists regarding feedback from Customer Sites.

Suitable candidates should have :_

o experience in a similar role.
o Excellent understanding of software development process, and role of testing within it.
o Logical and thorough approach to breaking down applications into functional tests, which are
complete and exhaustive.
o Ability to define tests which are designed to break applications as opposed to proving that they work
