QA Lead – Immediate

The Test Lead will be responsible for the planning, scoping, resourcing and execution of multiple projects to ensure complete and accurate functional end-to-end software testing of all Pioneer Production systems.

Professional Experience:
• Proven experience project managing and executing complex software development testing efforts, preferably within major financial service institutions
• Proven track-record of managing mid to large scale software testing projects that included near and/or off-shore development teams

• Working with onshore and offshore software QA test teams
• Experience with structuring software testing programs and delegating assignments

• Experience with the creation and analysis of QA test metrics.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Technical Qualification:
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), change-management process and related workflows

• Hands-on experience with creation and execution of test-automation scripts, SQL scripts and processes
• Good understanding of regression, load and stress testing tools and techniques
• Hands-on experiencing with process documentation and QA tool sets

• Hands-on experience with defect-tracking processes and tools

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems preferred, augmented by relevant professional experience .
