QA ENGINEER required for new Multinational Company based in Galway.

Minimum experience 2 years. Must be fluent in English and Portuguese.
Essential skills:
Sound understanding of the software development life cycle, including “white box” and “black box” testing techniques
Experience analyzing requirement documents and design documents to write Test Plans and Test Cases
Experience applying critical analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting to technical situations
Experience with analyzing data for accuracy
Experience testing client-server applications, particularly web-based clients.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with industry-standard validation tools such as Quality Center, ClearQuest, Project Server, etc.
Ability to work with remote groups (both development and QA) across geographies and time zones.
Knowledge of web technologies such as IIS, XML, web services, etc.
Experience in testing Voice applications across wide area networks for congestion, and resiliency
Bilingual Portuguese- must be able to write and speak Portuguesefluently
Highly desirable:
Experience with SMS technologies for communication
Experience designing and/or implementing tools to assist in validation
Experience testing IVR technologies
Experience with VXML, Text to Speech and Speech Recognition Software
Experience with automation test planning and execution; experience with automation tools such as WinRunner, TestComplete, QTP, SilkTest, etc.
Knowledge of .Net, VB, C#, or Silverlight
Experience with CTI integrations to VOIP and TDM based PBXs
Experience with SIP telephony over multiple codec’s including G.711 and G.729
