Software Development Project Manager / Resource Manager
Excellent Project Management skills, planning, estimating, budgeting, resourcing, tracking, reporting etc., coupled with applying best practice software development criteria to improve team performance and quality of software deliverables.
Strong people management, people training and coaching / mentoring skills.
Ideally a background in software development with one or more industry recognized methodologies with an emphasis on business and data analysis skills. Previous background in programming a plus.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Experience working for a global / international organisation a plus.
