Programme Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Programme Manager for a full time permanent position in Cork.
The ideal candidate will come from an I.T multi-national background and have experience with Clariion
Salary: €50k – €60k

The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to define & develop a project roadmap for the Value Stream
Duties:
• Defines and reports project/program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics.
• Develops tools and analytics to support success of project/programs.

• Supports cross functional team(s) and subject matter expert in the establishment, planning and implementation of multiple projects and/or programs.
• Allocates resources as necessary.
• Provides work direction, training and development to other team members.

• Leads and manages multiple complex projects and/or programs impacting business goals and objectives.
• Identifies priorities and schedules relative to each initiative, project or program.
• Ensures initiative, project and/or program deliverables are met on time and within budget as required.
• Develops recommendations and implements solutions to project/program challenges.
• May facilitate partner alignment and maintain partner relationships.

• Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting project/program(s).
• Identifies areas of risk/opportunities and influences and implements continuous improvements.

• Performs other/additional duties as required

Skills
• Demonstrated practical experience in lean manufacturing principles

• Lean Six Sigma green belt certified

• Strong programme management skills

• Strong interpersonal & communication skills

• Possesses good problem solving skills

• Ability to work in a team environment.
