• Are you available for international travel?
• Are you confident presenting at multiple levels from technologists, to customers, to board of directors?
• Can you gather and analyse customer requirements and propose solution architecture to serve multiple projects and customers?
• Have you a proven ability to deliver IT systems?
• Have you an interest in transport and/or opportunities to promote green issues in the transport industry through technology (GPS, GIS, LBS)?
• Are you a self-starter, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, self-motivated, quick learner, able to act independently?

Education
• 3rd Level degree in computing, engineering or equivalent

Experience
• 4 -7 years experience in a technical client-facing role/environment

Business Analysis Skills
• Needs analysis, solution architecture (design and presentation)
• Use case modeling
• Analysis and design patterns
• Business Intelligence and MIS Reporting methodologies
• Practical data analysis and statistics/numerical interpretation skills

Technical Skills
• OOA/OOD/OOP
• Strong, proven database and SQL skills
• Background in n-tier development methodologies, web development and web technologies (Java, struts, ajax, java script, XML, JSP)
• Experience in scripting languages (python, unix shell, awk etc)

Fluency in English is essential for this position and applicants must be capable of tailoring written and oral style to all levels of an organization (technologists, users, senior management)
