Product Manager (Payments) required for a global technology company. The Irish office is based in Limerick although this role can be a remote working role from anywhere in Ireland or the UK
This role will suit a Product Manager / Senior Product Owner coming from a payment gateway / merchant services product environment. This is an exciting opportunity to help create and deliver a new high-quality digital payment solution to an existing Client base.
Responsibilities
· Conduct detailed analysis of technical / functional requirements and market trends
· Create Agile user stories for the development team
· Own the backlog, prioritise feature development
· Analyse and manage functional & non-functional requirements – including planning, prioritizing, and tracking work.
· Manage development teams deliverables in a fast moving environment
· Coordinate release planning
· Maintain knowledge of various payment methods & processing flows, card brand regulations, technology and competitive trends in the electronic payment industry.
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
· Experience in payments technology is required
· Understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
