SoftCo develop Storage, Document & Business Process Automation solutions that reduce costs, streamline and improve key business processes, protect critical content over its entire lifecycle and enable organisations to meet compliance obligations. With over 900 customers across multiple industry sectors including logistics, financial services, healthcare, legal, and government, SoftCo is a global organisation with offices in Dublin, New York, London and Copenhagen.

We are seeking a technically strong Presales Consultant to join our expanding Sales team. Based in our Dublin HQ, the successful candidate will utilise their development expertise to support our sales team. The role will involve analysing customer requirements, customer demonstrations and customising / configuring applications utilising the SoftCo document and workflow technology.

Responsibilities:
• Assist SoftCo Sales team and partners in customer demonstrations.
• Analyse customer requirements and processes and present solutions to customers
• Create demonstration and pilot systems using the SoftCo document and workflow environment and .NET code.
• Work with Product Development to add features which support customer needs.
• Liaise with the operational departments to assist in customer deployments
• Report to key management teams.

Requirements:
• A college degree or similar qualification in IT or Business.
• Significant recent software development experience, specifically in .Net (C# & Web applications).
• Customer facing experience including product demonstrations, process analysis.
• Previous presales experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• All round business & commercial experience.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Additional Skills:
• Working knowledge of Windows Workflow Foundation.
• Previous experience with Document Management and Workflow solutions.
