Policy Admin Business Analyst

The role will have both a customer facing and internal focus. You will need to forge strong relationships across Professional Services, Product Marketing and Pre-Sales to ensure FINEOS solutions include your recommendations. You will also build strong relationships with clients through the value add that you bring to projects.

You may be involved in reviews from requirements through solution, delivery and testing. You may be working with aggressive project deadlines. You will work with FINEOS project teams to ensure appropriate delivery of feedback to customers in line with project expectations.

Responsibilities:

•Gaining an understanding of the customers policy administration and procedures, eliciting requirements from the customer and documentation of those requirements.
•Work with the Solution team to determine and evaluate software solutions
•Input to requirements planning, approach and workshops
•Representing the customer business case and priority to all stakeholders
•Review of project artefacts within project timeframes
•Identification of benefits that can be realised by the FINEOS Solutions
