Oracle PL/ SQL Support/ Development

TalentScope Recruitment Solutions are seeking applications for Oracle PL/SQL Developers for a permanent role in Co. Cork.

Key requirements:

• Support software using PLSQL and its ancillaries
• Strong analytical abilities to resolve technical and application problems
• Produce, test and document program code within agreed time-scales and to documented standards
• Maintain secured source control system
• Provide support to our existing development team
• Work with our Helpdesk in in resolving issues in order to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Good communication skills

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Strong SQL / SQL performance tuning
• Strong to very strong in PLSQL programming
• Working with Toad would be an advantage
• Should be familiar Microsoft products
• Agile/Lean methodologies
• Knowledge of Oracle Forms would be beneficial
• Basic knowledge of Java would be beneficial
• Ability to grow into a full stack developer
• 2 years of relevant experience

You will be supporting the Oracle PL/SQL Development, solving technical queries regarding the application and helping with development tasks. This role will lead to a full-time Development opportunity over time.
