* At least 7 years of experience in Oracle SQL &;;;;; PL/SQL
o Expertise in data analysis and excellent debugging skills
o Experience of designing large scale OLTP, Batch and warehouse applications
o Extensive experience in PL/SQL, with in depth knowledge of performance tuning, transaction control, error logging strategies
o Experience in designing the appropriate data access layer for multiple real-time and batch applications
* Comfortable with multiple database concepts, i.e. RDBMS, OODB, ODS, Warehouse
* Familiar with data modelling CASE tools such as PowerDesigner
* Experience in working with source control systems (preferably Clearcase)
* Experience in working in UNIX environment
* Experience working with project teams located in multiple geographic locations.
* Experience in delivering projects using agile methodology.
* Experience in Shell scripting preferably C-Shell/K-shell
