We are seeking a Senior Database Administrator to design and develop a range of different web applications deployed onto client sites.
[b]On a day to day basis you will be[/b]
Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems to work around and root cause
Taking full responsibility for ensuring that the problem is addressed.
Analyzing database systems and suggesting work around and fixes for problems
[b]This is a key role within the organisation and will require you to possess the following skills:[/b]
Knowledge of both Oracle and MySQL is essential
Cluster installation and Maintenance
Experience Managing large databases
Experience working within a Linux / Solaris 9, 10 environment.
7 plus years experience within a similar type role
[b]Remuneration[/b]
The role offers a highly attractive package to include base salary 55-65K plus bonus, pension & further benefits
