Online Vendor Relationship Manager

A leading e-commerce business with an international dimension is currently establishing a highly innovative R&D division in Dublin.

There is now an exciting opportunity for an Online Vendor Relationship Manager to join this rapidly expanding organisation.

You will be responsible for the Management of the E-Commerce deliverables for software releases within the organization. You will be working closely with multiple in-house teams in addition to 3rd party providers to ensure that projects are delivered to schedule, budget and scope.

[b]Key Responsibilities:[/b]

• Partnering and working with all external providers
• Creating, maintaining and executing project management plans and schedules identifying key milestones and dependencies
• Identify and manage critical path across all delivery stakeholders mitigating risk and driving issue resolution
• Manage Project risks/issues and suggest corrective actions
• Review and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Software delivery process
• Work closely with relevant team managers to determine resourcing requirements and timelines
• Prove an e-commerce point of contact for the online business and maintain strong, professional business relationship
• Provide accurate metric and KPI measurement to continually drive improvement

[b]Are you the right fit for this dynamic organization?[/b]

You will have:

• 5+yrs experience in a highly transactional, dynamic e-commerce business
• A deep knowledge of Project and Process Management methodologies – PRINCE II, CMM, SCRUM, Six Sigma experience
• 5+ yrs vendor/partnership experience
• Strong agile experience with appropriate certification

You will be:

• Experienced in and passionate about online technologies
• A capable multi-tasker with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Flexible to project timelines and locations
• In possession of excellent interpersonal skills
