Main Requirement:
* Windows server (WS 2008 preferred)
* SQL Server
* IIS
* SQL scripting
* Active Directory
* Networking
* Nice to have Windows NLB cluster management and Windows cluster management
* Understanding of standard computer science concepts required
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
