Network Technical Support Specialist (4 months contract) 5455 for a large financial services client which will work in the Infrastructure section of their large IT department which provides technical support to over 2000 staff in Europe for LAN, WAN, Firewall and Telephony infrastructure. The role will also require working on projects to support the business requirements in a customer-focused environment, resolve support calls to SLA. Some shift work required.
To get this role you will have 8 years experience in a technical support role in a multi-national company with good experience with CISCO LAN, WAN and Checkpoint Firewalls. Experience with Telephony/VOIP & Nortel LAN environment would be a distinct advantage.
