Network Security Firewall Expert – Cork

€60-75,000 DOE

One of Irelands most innovative and ambitious Security companies is currently seeking to hire a Network Security Firewall Expert. This role is a priority for the company and you will be considered a subject matter expert in Security Firewall Technology.

As a Network Security Firewall Expert, you will champion the function along with advising best practice. You will be directly involved in the full life cycle of each end user solution including design, architecture, deployment and delivery.

You will have excellent communication skills as you will be required to work with a number of key players including vendors, suppliers and clients.

This is a fantastic role for you to take control of a Network Security function and make it your own.

Network & Security Firewall Expert:

* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related field
* Proven experience in the Network Security
* Experience in Team Leadership
* Strong Architecture, Design & Implementation experience
* Professional Security accreditations would be seen as an advantage
* Previous background working with vendors, end users & team members
* Knowledge of Cisco product suite
* Experience with Firewall technology preference Palo Alto
