Main Purpose of the Job
Team Leader with a proven record of managing a team in a fast paced, 24×7 environment. The Infrastructure Team manages and operates physical and virtual server environments and also the underlying LAN and WAN environment across multiple data centres. The supporting infrastructure consists of a combination of Checkpoint, Cisco, HP and Dell hardware platforms and Windows, Linux operating systems and VMware virtualisation technologies.

Main Duties/Responsibilities
• Responsible for the operational control of all network and infrastructure services within the company Data Centres, incorporating service level management, change management, incident management of all production systems.
• Work with key business stakeholders to design, implement and manage secure, scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions
• Undertake active monitoring of all services to ensure that all SLA’s are met
• Manage a team of 5 network professionals supporting 24/7 services
• Work with team members to provide core business support services including operational processes, procedures and troubleshooting
• Active management of key Vendor relationships
• Management of key stakeholders across the Organisation
• Provide leadership within the wider IT team, including participation in IT management activities
