Position Responsibilities/Duties:
You will be responsible for the support and maintenance of Windows Servers and Voice and Data networks supporting the business within the Americas and EMEA regions. Candidates will be required to participate in a shift rota.
Technical Skills:
Avaya Communication Manager 5.x/6.x
Avaya G350/G650/G700 Media Gateways
Avaya S8300/S8720 Media Servers
Cisco IOS configuration
Cisco NXos configuration
Cisco 7500, 3700, 3600, 2800, 2600 series routers
Cisco 7018, 6513, 4500, series switches
Storage: SAN technologies, Fibre-channel, iSCSI, WWN
Nortel Meridian Option 11, Nortel Meridian Mail 12 & Nortel OTM software
Microsoft DHCP and DNS

Experience:
Real-world experience of supporting enterprise voice and networking solutions (voice platforms, end-stations, LAN and WAN)
Cisco CCNP or demonstrable equivalent experience
Avaya Communication Manager 5.x/6.x voice platform accreditation.
Customer focused, flexible and willing to take ownership of issues
Good interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
