An experienced Network and Telecoms Engineer is required to join our clients Support team in Tralee responsible for the support and maintenance of Windows Servers and Voice & Data networks supporting the business within the Americas and EMEA regions.
Technical Skills:
* Avaya Communication Manager 5.x/6.x
* Avaya G350/G650/G700 Media Gateways
* Avaya S8300/S8720 Media Servers
* Cisco IOS configuration
* Cisco NXos configuration
* Cisco 7500, 3700, 3600, 2800, 2600 series routers
* Cisco 7018, 6513, 4500, series switches
* Storage: SAN technologies, Fibre-channel, iSCSI, WWN
* Nortel Meridian Option 11, Nortel Meridian Mail 12 & Nortel OTM software
* Microsoft DHCP and DNS
Experience:
* Real-world experience of supporting enterprise voice and networking solutions (voice platforms, end-stations, LAN and WAN)
* Cisco CCNP or demonstrable equivalent experience
* Avaya Communication Manager 5.x/6.x voice platform accreditation.
* Customer focused, flexible and willing to take ownership of issues
* Good interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication
Candidates will be required to participate in a shift rota.
