.Net Technical Architect (GALWAY)

.Net Technical Architect required for Galway Software Solutions Company. Permanent role
Based in the West Of Ireland
In this senior technical role, you will work with project teams, to deliver high-quality
software projects to customers.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop and deploy complex applications based on MS CRM, MS Sharepoint & .Net technologies.
• Deliver high-quality code in adherence with business specifications and internal development & naming standards.
• Strong focus on productivity and delivering projects within defined schedules.
• Implement, enhance & enforce internal development standards.
• Act as a source of knowledge for other team members.
• Perform R&D activities, evaluate products and toolsets.

Experience and Skills Required
Essential
• 6 years experience in software development, with strong design and OO skills.
• 4 years experience with an OO language e.g. C , C#, VB.Net or Java.
• 2 years experience with MS .Net language (C# or VB.Net).
• Experience designing & developing desktop, web, enterprise & n-tier applications.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent qualification.

Advantageous
• MS Dynamics CRM 4.0, customisation & plug-ins.
• SharePoint design & development (WSS OR MOSS).
• Microsoft certifications e.g. MCTS / MCPD / MCAD / MCSD .Net.
• MS SQL Server skills: Database modelling, optimisations & tuning.
• .Net web services.
• SSRS and SSAS
• Application performance analysis & tuning.
