.NET Team Lead / Senior C# ASP.NET- London

realTime are seeking a Senior C# / ASP.NET Developer that can Lead a small in-house team within a Agile / Scrum environment.
Wroking closely with the IT Director, you will be responsible for developing the company’s web applications and services, within an agile/scrum environment.
Duties include:
· Developing end-to-end C# / ASP.NET Web applications
· Full SDLC cycle including analysing business requirements
· Overseeing a small development team
The successful candidate will have a structured approach to their thinking and work, yet have the flexibility to work in a start-up company environment.
Essential Skills:
· .Net Framework 2.0 preferably using C# / ASP.NET (3 years)
· HTML/JavaScript/XML/CSS (3 years)
· Database design and T-SQL (3 years)
· Understanding of OO principles and design patterns
· Build and release best practises
· Previous Team Lead experience

Desired skills:
· Experience designing and implementing useable and consistent web UI’s
· Experience designing and building reports using SQL Reporting Services (SSRS)
· Experience with SharePoint (MOSS2007)
· Web services
· Experience of working in the Public Sector
