The successful candidate will be a developer with 2/3 years C#/.Net experience and will be involved in the design and development of applications and the support of existing implementations. The candidate should be able to take responsibility for their own tasks, manage time effectively and have the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and development of .NET Web based systems using C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, Web Services.
Be comfortable in a client facing role and have system analysis experience.
Essential Skills / Experience
Third level Degree in Software Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years post qualification experience in a software development role with experience in design, requirements analysis, project scheduling and support.
Strong development experience with .Net C# 2.0 or C# 3.5
Strong development experience in MS SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 and knowledge of database design and performance.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, ability to understand complex problems and to generate appropriate technical solutions.
Strong knowledge of Web Standards and Technologies (AJAX, CSS ,XML, JavaScript, XHTML, XSD, XSLT).
Exposure to Agile Development Methodologies.
