.Net Contract Developers required in **Kerry**

My Client is a very successful, rapidly expanding progressive Irish company delivering IT solutions to large international clients. Due to the continued growth in our business they are seeking a number of Senior .Net Contract Developers. Below is the specification:

Experienced developer with at least 4+ years commercial development in ASP.Net and C#. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Web Services, ADO.NET, and Custom control development.

Role / Opportunity

* Assists in the design, coding, and testing of technical solutions.
* Using standard systems development lifecycle processes and applying the methodology effectively on client engagements.
* Taking project and development plans and articulating the roles, project goals, and timelines
* Understanding relational database concepts
* Demonstrates basic knowledge of object and component methodology and technology.

Skills:

* At least 4+ years commercial development experience in ASP.Net and C#
* Solid Microsoft SQL Server 2000 / 2005 including Stored Procedures
* Knowledge of Web Services, ADO.NET, Custom control development
* Experience with .Net 2.0 would be advantageous
* Solid Analysis & Design skills with Microsoft n-tier solutions
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
* Proven track record of identifying and solving problems
* Ability to work on complex tasks without supervision
* Adaptable and flexible
* Understands the professional development process and becomes actively involved by setting challenging goals and meeting them through continuous learning.
