M&A Infrastructure PM

Aspira are currently searching Infrastructure Project Manager reports directly to the Director M&A and is responsible for the management of the IT integration to ensure delivery.

Responsibilities:

The primary expectations of this role are as follows:

  • Define the current services & capabilities in the external business
  • Map core IT (applications and infrastructure) and Security services
  • Define a prioritised project scope, project workstreams, integration plan and critical path
  • Deliver the project on-time, on-budget, with appropriate transparency of issues across vendors, business clients, and IT
  • Implement a meeting cadence and content for periodic meetings with Suppliers and vendors to discuss/review solution delivery status, issues, and action plans.
  • Execute all processes and procedures established necessary for managing and prioritizing work within project workstreams and the project budgets 
  • Assess and verify solution designs for scope, cost, timing and milestone commitments
  • Operate as primary point of contact with vendors for day-to-day interactions on solution delivery
  • Be accountable for solution delivery execution (scope, cost, quality, and schedule milestones) across workstreams
  • Ensure compliance with portfolio and project management processes
  • Own and drive resolution of project issues via engagement of with IT Executives, Enterprise Architecture, Business, IT and Third party supplier teams as necessary
  • Coordinate and/or support of systems retirements associated with solution implementation
  • Ensure compliance with release management and change management practices

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Excellent all around IT domain knowledge in both Infrastructure, Applications and Security space
  • Previous experience of business integrations a distinct advantage
  • 10 years of relevant work project management and delivery experience in an information technology/ business solutions context
  • PRINCE2 or PMP certification would be highly valued
