Localization Engineer – Czech, Russian, Italian, Catalan (Cork) €30K

Contract to Perm

Our client, a global leader in the development of innovative consumer electronics, has retained BluePrint Appointments to source a number of Localization Engineers to join their New Product Development Team based at their state of the art facility in Cork, Ireland.

The Role

You will be responsible for translation of a variety of application content work with the other translators and Localization Project Managers to schedule tasks. You be expected to make recommendations for site improvements and handle additional projects for Localization Project Manager as needed.

The Person

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in the localisation content of the PC/mobile industry, and quality translations for same, whilst contributing to a fun, quality focused and high performing team.

The role requires the following experience:
* · Bachelor’s Degree
* · Must be fluent in English and Language to English and visa versa translation experience
* · Exceptional problem-solving skills including demonstrated ability to think laterally when resolving technical glitches that arise in the translation process
