Our client is currently seeking a Lead Quality Analyst, to join their team. You will be working closely with Architects, DevOps and Automation engineers to build Best-in-Class cross platform software and applications.
Role:
The Quality Analyst Lead owns the shepherding of approved code through the quality gates for delivery into Production. The Lead represents the full understanding of the business need and the solution that is being built to fulfil that need. He / She ensures that offshore teams build comprehensive, rigorous, repeatable, automated tests to confirming that the product that is delivered is of the highest possible standard. The QA Lead is not only accountable for the health of the system being deployed, but the health of the overall application ecosystem and preventing exponential growth in QA work from project to project via automation. QA Leads must demonstrate an insatiable need to understand the business, to ask questions and to find flaws.
Duties:
* Working with the business to understand business needs.
* Documenting test strategy and guiding offshore QA testers.
* Overseeing the offshore team automated test case creation.
* Participating in daily project stand-ups to remove QA blockers.
* Providing approvals for release candidate deployment.
* Coordinating creation of test environments with DevOps.
* Working with business to coordinate and oversee UAT.
* Provide signoff for project Production deployment. Participating in monthly QA standards and process definition.
* Providing requirements for maintenance and enhancement of automated testing framework.
* Identifying regression test environment server images and datasets.
