[b]Lead Java Developer Ecommerece – 6 month contract Web 2.0 Apps[/b]

We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer with in-depth Java/J2EE skills to head up a team of Java Developers working on a new application. This is an exciting opportunity to play a lead role in technology decisions and the development of a new ecommerce instrument using the latest cutting edge Web 2.0 technologies.

The role will require you to lead the development team in the delivery of highly reliable SASS web 2.0 apps. The position is a contract with a 6 months duration and an immediate start.

[b]Key Skills & Experience[/b]

*A strong background in N-Tier Java application design 7 development
*Excellent knowledge of Java, Spring, Apache Tomcat, REST
*Understanding of design patterns
*A min of 7 yrs Java development exp with 4 yrs in n-tier development
*3RD level qualification
*Experience working within an Agile (SCRUM) environment preferred
*Knowledge of Junit, Jmeter an advantage
