Helpdesk Support Engineer required for one of Ireland’s leading Managed Service Providers. This is a 12-month contract in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. The successful Helpdesk Support Engineer will provide technical support to users in our client site in Clonmel.

What will I be doing?
The successful Helpdesk Support Engineers will be expected to manage a helpdesk and install hardware and software across the client site.
Provide helpdesk support to remote users
Install and configure hardware and software
Support Outlook and email issues
Support Wireless office environment.
Update database user to monitor movement of desktops and laptops.
What do I need to get this job?
1+ years relevant experience in a technical support environment – desktop, helpdesk, deskside
Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Fluent English
Understanding of Client/Server technologies
Understanding of networking technologies (WAN/LAN)
Microsoft certification – MCP, MCSA, MCSE, MCITP (an advantage)
