QPTech is currently expanding and due to an increased demand in the IT Sector we have an opening for a Junior IT Recruiter who will be based in our head office in Limerick.
The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and screening qualified candidates and will also be responsible for supporting the recruitment team.
With offices in Limerick and Dublin QPTech covers roles all over Ireland and has a global reach with a network of candidates from around the world. We specialise in four key segments in the IT industry; Software Quality Assurance, Recruitment Consulting, Integration Software Development and Professional IT Consultancy.
Required Skills:
• 1+ year’s IT recruitment or IT professional experience
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills
• An understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle would be an advantage
• Experience working with various databases, LinkedIn, Monster and social media (Twitter/Facebook/google+ etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
