Junior Business Analyst

TalentScope Recruitment Solutions on behalf of our client is seeking applications for a Junior Business Analyst in Co. Leitrim.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract with possibility for further extension after this timeframe.

Following the recent completion of a scoping phase of a project, my client is now looking for a candidate to provide analytical support with regard to the review, design and implementation of the process improvement business requirements in this area.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Business process analysis and review and business requirements definition and documentation, working closely with the business SME’s and IT function
• Support the detailed planning of all process improvement activity and deliverables
• Working closely with the business to ensure timely resolution of queries and issues
• Cross workstream support and input in relation to staff and organisational support impacts and the delivery of management information associated with the revised process

• Skills and Experience Required

Business analysis skills and documentation of business and functional requirements and changes

• Experience of work as part of change projects in financial services
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and task and delivery orientated
• Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and respond positively to change
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks
