My client is on the lookout for a Project/Development Manager to join their team in Dublin. Below is an outline of the role
Job Description:

Be a part of the dynamic, next generation e-banking solution which will significantly change the way we provide global banking services to our corporate clients. You will work with the latest technologies on one of the largest corporate e-banking systems. You will have the opportunity to learn about various e-banking technologies and my client’s Corporate Cash Management business.

A model that will encompass strategic partnerships among leading global technology services firms and banks to ensure the best-in-class banking and technology expertise are combined in the design and delivery of the shared infrastructure solutions

We deal with all aspects of cash management and cater to the processing capabilities of multiple countries in all primary regions.

Knowledge/Experience:

· Experience of managing software development projects and teams successfully, demonstrated people and project management skills

· 10 + years of software development experience with 5+ years of technology project management experience is required.

· Negotiation, difficult conversation management and prioritization skills

· Flexibility to handle multiple complex projects and changing priorities

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· The candidate must demonstrate working knowledge of the Microsoft .Net stack, Sharepoint

· Knowledge of Java, J2EE stack is an advantage

· Experience in managing SOA application development.

Skills:

· Experience with managing development of client-facing, enterprise scale software applications is required. Experience in the UI usability domain is a plus.

· Good Analytical and business skills.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Excellent project and process management skills.

· Experience with Banking and Cash management applications is a plus.
