SWING User Interface Projects
For Financial Services company
(12 month fixed term)
Hudson is looking for an exoperienced Java developer to join a busy development team within an established financial services company and work with other internal teams focusing on development of User Interface solutions for multiple projects as required.
Based in the east of Dublin city this is an excellent opportunity with a strong performer.
Technical Requirements
•
3 – 4 years experience with commercial or enterprise UI and software development
•
Relevant IT or Computer Science Degree
•
Experience producing database driven web applications
•
Must have strong appreciation of Web standards and also cross-browser compatibility
•
Strong Java development skills including J2EE, J2SE, EJB, XML, and Swing
•
Some experience with GWT and C is beneficial
•
Experience with Oracle and SQL is essential
•
Must have UNIX/LINUX experience including batch file scripting and knowledge of Automation tools
•
Some experience with Web security is a bonus
•
Excellent English communication, Documentation and organisational skills
