They are looking for a person with strong Java skills, with 3+ years experience with enterprise Java in a mobile app / ecommerice environment.
Have a minimum of 3- 4+ years (post-graduation) Java development experience working in a related agile technology environment
Experience in the following Application stack ( JEE, Spring, hibernate MySQL, MongoDB and other associated technologies) or mobile technologies ( iOS, Android, development & Web UI technologies)
Good understanding of usability principles, particularly as applied to mobile devices
Discipline of working within test driven agile development processes
Be a quick and enthusiastic learner and have the ability to work in a very fast paced development environment and handle multiple responsibilities
Display high coding standards, excellent attention to detail and a methodological work process
