Role
Our customer is in the process of building a Customer Interaction Centre in the Galway area. A key role in that process will be understanding the business requirements which drive the Contact Centre and producing the necessary design documentation for each of the key elements of this facility.
Duties & Responsibilities
Applicants will need to be able to:
Work with the business to understand and document the required business processes.
Recommend solutions based on available Contact Centre technologies
Translate these design workshops into specifications for the overall Contact Centre design.
Work with the chosen partners to integrate the IVR platform with the Contact Centre solution (no programming skills required).
Experience
A minimum of 3 years’ experience
Duration
Fixed term contract – expected to be 6 months.
