The Role
Our client has a requirement for consultancy focused ITIL practitioners. Working on multiple projects, you will be continually encouraged to devise innovative solutions, to help their clients manage and deliver the operational elements of technology. You will develop your skill set across industry sectors as you work on diverse and varied projects, assisting their customers transform or develop their technology strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the drive and determination to progress in their career.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise internally and externally.
• Assist clients to rollout ITIL across a data center.
• Assist client staff to manage the change associated with ITIL.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
• Excellent inter personal skills, proven ability to articulate the benefits of ITIL and assisting client staff to adopt ITIL.
• ITIL Certified (ideally v3)
• Proven experience in implementing ITIL in an operational data center environment.
