Qualcom Systems Ltd. was established in 1995 and provides equipment, maintenance and support services to many of Ireland’s leading companies. Due to our continued expansion and growth we are seeking to recruit an engineer based in our workshop in Dublin .
The person we are seeking must be a highly motivated self starter with a desire to achieve . He or she will be of professional appearance and possess very good interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.The person must be flexible as our business is customer driven and we have to be able to react quickly when called .
The Engineer will be expected to manage equipment in and out of the workshop while ensuring all equipment is repaired to the highest quality.
Required Technical Skills
Strong Technical Aptitude
Excellent Diagnostic Skills
Printer Repair Experience
PC /Laptop hardware and software
Microsoft operating systems for workstations
Customer Skills
Ability to communicate clearly with customers. Sense of ownership of customer problem.
Education
Technical Certificate /Diploma or equivalent experience
Personal Skills
Strong Communicator
Flexibility to occasionally work unsocial hours at short notice
Can work on own initiative/Motivated to do an excellent job
Must be very organised
