[b]HiberniaEvros[/b] are currently in the process of further expanding our IT Permanent and Contract recruitment division and as part of this exciting expansion, we are looking to hire an ambitious, target orientated individuals with a background in IT recruitment to join our growing team.
[b]Duties:[/b]
•Review and evaluate professional and highly technical IT enterprise candidates skills
•Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
•Effectively promote current Job and Contract opportunities to candidates
•Drive the job offer process, salary recommendations and closing off candidates
•Work closely and communicate effectively with external clients and stakeholders to correctly understand their hiring needs
•Provide a great candidate experience and act as a candidate advocate
•Develop appropriate candidate pipelines utilising multi-channel attraction methods
[b]Skills & Experience:[/b]
•[b]Minimum 3 years[/b] successful enterprise IT sourcing and recruiting experience in an [b]agency[/b] environment
•Previous experience recruiting for both Contract and Permanent placements
•Strong Web Search skills and tools experience i.e. Boolean Strings, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, X-Ray search, etc
•Knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting policies, procedures and trends
•Excellent understanding of Enterprise IT Technologies, Development Languages, Databases, IT Project Management methodologies, Service Management and ITIL environments
•Understand how to properly qualify candidates
•Qualify new roles, from new clients as well as old
•Educated to Degree/Diploma/Professional level, ideally in an IT discipline
•A track record of delivering on targets
•Sales / Results orientated
•Extensive professional network

•Drive and determination to succeed

•Be punctual, reliable and consistent in all aspects of their professional life.
•Bring not only an in depth knowledge of recruitment but bring opinions, development ideas and knowledge to the team
