Our Client in the Mid West region currently has a contract position available for an IT Technical Project Manger with a strong background in IT infrastructure, technology deployment or computer science. The successful candidate will manage a number of cross functional projects, which require working alongside all organisational levels. Must have excellent communicating skills and a strong understanding of technical specifications on both Hardware and Software projects.
Duties include;
• Develop and manage project schedules
• Identify risks and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders
• Define problem solving and risk mitigation strategies
• Facilitate conflict resolution through the full project cycle.
Requirements;
6 years+ Project Management experience
Third level qualification
Strong technical, analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.
Certification in a Project methodology
Project management experience, previously worked with rigorous project management methodology
Excellent negotiation, influencing skills and excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Demonstrated the ability to work with people at any level in an organization.
Ability to effectively manage Cross-functional, Virtual and Global teams
