Reporting to the EMEA Support Manager, this IT Support position (Fluent Spanish) will have responsibility for increasing resolving technical issues for clients in the Spanish market.

Overview of the responsibilities of the IT Support – Fluent Spanish:
• Resolving customer issues over the phone and via remote login.
• Following up with customer to make sure any issues are resolve to the client’s satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
Background
• 3 years previous experience of IT Hardware / Software Support (Required)
Technical Knowledge
• Good PC skills with detailed technical knowledge of resolving issues with servers.
• Fluent Spanish verbal and written communication skills
Traits
• Have a positive attitude, be self motivated and target driven with excellent communication skills
• Ability to deal with customers, vendors and channel partners to access, analyze and manage to successful conclusion all situations
• Ability to work well with customers and co-workers in a team environment
