IT Support Analyst
Our corporate technology client is looking for a successful individual to join their Configuration Services Team as an IT Support/ PC + Server Analyst in Limerick. This 9 month contract role will provide support for the Configuration Service Engineering team and project development. General responsibilities include building IT systems, validating customer content, creating orders, driving technical support issue resolution, and ensuring all aspects of an engineered project match predefined technical specification requirements.
The IT Support Analyst must be able to complete tasks under general direction, and be able to manage daily workflow in order to meet business needs.
– Provide professional and timely responses to a continuous volume of requests.
– Responds to technical requests & issues related to hardware builds, infrastructure or tools via queue, e-mail/IM and phone.
– Initializes projects per (customer) requirements as per predefined technical specification.
– Manages daily workflow as required to meet department and customer requirements.
– Works on multiple projects with moving deadlines.
– Leverages multiple tools for data acquisition, impact assessment, task execution.
– Troubleshooting of issues from manufacturing and customers, escalation / communication as required. – Ability to relate actual day-to-day work to business priorities.
– Collaborates with others to achieve objectives and ensure information flow.
Required Skills for the IT Support Analyst:

– Demonstrates strong organizational and business decision-making skills.
– Ability to interact with customers and team members with professionalism and maturity.
– Relevant qualification of Diploma level or higher – Technical knowledge and experience building PCs & Servers.
– Ability to work independently, yet be a team player.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to adapt and act quickly to process change.
